Alliovant Partners was founded by Scott MacCheyne on a simple belief: businesses deserve solutions built around how they work, what they value, and where they want to go.
My career began with an idea for software that helped restaurants understand inventory and costs. That experience led me into software development, operational leadership, and ultimately building and growing a business with hundreds of employees.
Along the way, I learned that meaningful improvement comes from connecting people, processes, and technology—not treating them as separate problems.

After selling my business in 2020, I continued working closely with organizations on the systems that power their operations. Since 2023, my advisory work has included telecommunications, networking, CRM systems, reporting dashboards, custom software, and broader operational technology.
